Job Summary
Senior AR Accountant responsible for managing incoming payments, issuing invoices on time, monitoring AR aging, following up on outstanding balances, reconciling payments, maintaining accurate customer records, and preparing AR reports. Collaborates with Sales and Operations on billing issues, supports month-end close related to AR, ensures policy and accounting standard compliance, and leverages Excel and ERP systems to inform cash flow and financial analyses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
