Job Summary
Ensure invoicing efforts are carried out timely, correctly, and accurately while maintaining up-to-date Oracle notes and coding standards. Collaborate with Business Solutions, Operations, and Accounting teams to improve billing and collections processes, and investigate global billing resolutions and disputes. Partner with the cash application team to apply incoming customer payments promptly and perform monthly customer account reconciliations to verify open balances. Reach out to customers to clarify invoicing data and prepare ad hoc analyses to support meeting departmental monthly collection goals.
Required Qualifications
- English language essential
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- suo.ng Excel skills required
- Accounts Receivable experience in the advertising or media/entertainment industry
- International Accounts Receivable experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency
- Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to multi-task
- think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Relevant Accounts Receivable experience
