Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary
Ensure invoicing efforts are carried out timely, correctly, and accurately while keeping Oracle notes and coding up to date per global standards. Collaborate with Business Solutions, Operations, and Accounting teams to create efficiencies in billing and collections processes. Investigate and document global billing resolutions, partner with the cash application team for timely payment application, and perform monthly customer account reconciliations. Reach out to customers to clarify invoicing data and prepare ad hoc analyses to support meeting departmental monthly collection goals. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, strong Excel proficiency, and experience in the advertising or media/entertainment industry.
