Job Summary
Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst responsible for end-to-end AR tasks including invoicing, collections, and cash application across varied transactions. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate billing, strong customer relationships, and cash flow optimization. Leverage NetSuite and SuiteBilling to implement process improvements, support SOX controls, and contribute to audit readiness. Expect autonomy in a remote-first setting, strong attention to detail, and proactive use of AI/tools to enhance AR workflows, forecasting, and cash collection metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections (or related role)
- Extensive experience with NetSuite ERP and SuiteBilling preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and customer-focused approach to collections
- High level of independence and self-motivation in a remote work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with business tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Tesorio, Gmail, and Stripe is a plus
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription billing is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
