Job Summary
Senior Accounting Specialist at ImageTrend, LLC focuses on GAAP-compliant financial reporting within a SaaS environment, owning month-end and year-end close processes, maintaining the general ledger, and supporting billing and expense workflows. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Revenue, and Operations, involvement in internal and external audits, and driving process improvements and automation to scale accounting operations. Travel to orientations or events may be required; the position is fully remote within the United States under the company’s Remote Work Policy.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Professional accounting experience in SaaS or technology environment
- Experience supporting billing processes and interpreting contract terms for invoices
- Experience managing or supporting employee expense programs and corporate credit cards
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and month-end close
- Experience with AP and AR oversight
- Experience analyzing financial data and providing improvement recommendations
- Experience supporting internal and external audits and preparing audit schedules
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Business Central)
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to drive process improvements and system enhancements
- Attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Remote-work capability within the US
