Senior Accounting Specialist

Job Summary
Senior Accounting Specialist needed to support payroll processing, general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable, tax filings (including state sales tax and IFTA), and financial reporting across multiple business units. Responsibilities include ensuring payroll accuracy, reconciling GL accounts, processing invoices, resolving vendor/payment issues, improving reporting efficiency, and partnering with internal teams to maintain accurate financial data. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or relevant experience and 5+ years of accounting experience; strong Excel and financial systems proficiency; and excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field — or relevant experience
- 5+ years of accounting experience (payroll, AP, or financial reporting preferred)
- Strong Excel and financial systems experience
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
