Senior Accounting Officer, Real Estate

Senior Accounting Officer responsible for coordinating and executing day-to-day accounting and financial operations for real estate clients, preparing and reviewing annual financial statements and reports, assisting with financial reporting and closing processes, VAT and tax returns, tax provisions, and KYC compliance; will oversee credit management and transactions monitoring, build strong client relationships, and ensure regulatory adherence while working in a hybrid setup in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The role requires a Bachelor in Economics or Finance, ACCA is a plus, knowledge of local GAAP, IFRS/Consolidation experience, and 4-6 years of accounting experience in real estate; English is required with Dutch as an advantage.
