Job Summary
Oversee trust and estate accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance for high-net-worth clients and complex financial structures. Prepare and review financial statements, manage cash flow including distributions and investments, and lead reconciliation efforts for trust accounts. Work closely with the tax team to ensure accurate preparation of Forms 1041, 706, and 709, while serving as the primary point of contact for trustees, beneficiaries, and advisors. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and mentor junior staff. Requires CPA license and 7+ years of experience in trust and estate accounting.
Required Qualifications
- CPA license
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of accounting experience

- Proficient in accounting software and tax preparation tools (e.g., QuickBooks, ProSystem fx, or similar)
- In-depth knowledge of trust and estate tax laws, regulations, and financial management best practices
