Senior Accounting Manager

Senior Accounting Manager to lead month-end close across accounting, AP, payroll, treasury and business planning teams; consolidate financial statements under US GAAP with exposure to IFRS/ITA GAAP; own balance sheet reconciliations across revenue, inventory, AR, intercompany, fixed assets and accruals; supervise Sr. Staff Accountant and external AR/collections; collaborate with revenue accounting to optimize GL flow between P&L and balance sheet; develop and maintain SOPs and the chart of accounts; identify process improvements and leverage technology; contribute to team structure and future hiring; preferred CPA designation; experience in multi-entity consolidations, retail/CPG/manufacturing, and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
