Job Summary
Lead and manage one or more business management client service teams; review and prepare financial statements, tax returns, cash flow reports, and client meeting packages; provide financial analysis, projections, and planning support to Partners and high-net-worth clients; oversee client communications, onboarding, and internal processes; collaborate with tax department on client tax matters; participate in management discussions on staffing, recruiting, and process improvements; translate financial data into actionable insights and reports for clients and Partners; coordinate special projects including real estate transactions, cash flow analysis, investment analysis, estate planning, and forecasting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; or other related Business field
- Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent preferred
- 7+ years of related experience in the Business Management field and/or working with high-net-worth individuals
