Job Summary
Senior Accounting Manager responsible for leading one or more business management client service teams, managing workflow and deadlines, reviewing financial statements and tax returns, preparing financial summaries for Partners, and providing financial guidance to high-net-worth clients. Requires deep technical accounting knowledge, strong communication with Partners and clients, and experience guiding a team on budgeting, forecasting, real estate transactions, cash flow and investment analysis, and other financial projects. Engages in management planning, client onboarding, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with tax and other departments; emphasizes leadership, client service, and strategic input in professional services settings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent preferred
- 7+ years of related experience in the Business Management field and/or working with high-net-worth individuals
