Responsibilities include deep-diving into client documentation for accuracy, integrating accounting systems with other tools to streamline workflows, analyzing business and finance processes to identify improvements, building relationships with clients as a trusted advisor, addressing client concerns promptly, and tackling accounting challenges in healthcare organizations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Master's degree is a strong differentiator
- CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
