Job Summary
Manage accounting processes for 3rd party invoices, Bill of Material, indirect labeling, and finished goods inventory reconciliations. Maintain standard cost systems, provide general ledger analysis, and oversee Capital and Fixed Asset Management including asset tags, physical inventory, and lease reconciliations. Prepare and reconcile monthly CIP reports, close Capital Asset Requests, and create Fixed Assets. Support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance by maintaining documentation and assisting with control testing. Assist in monthly and year-end closing, prepare financial reports, and help develop the Annual Operating Plan for Distribution Centers.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of related experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Finance and Standard Cost
- Strong work ethic with proven ability to work with deadlines and commitment including occasional weekends
- Must be able to work with deadlines

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP strongly preferred
