Senior Accounting Analyst

Job Summary
Responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; performing complex account reconciliations and variance analyses; supporting month-end and year-end close processes; analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling; ensuring GAAP compliance and internal controls; supporting internal and external audits; collaborating cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and leadership teams; identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy; mentoring junior accounting staff as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CPA-eligible preferred
- 4–7+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., D365, Maximo)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
