Job Summary
Perform Accounts Receivable functions including invoicing, manual check application, aging reports, and account reconciliation. Enter routine journal entries, bank transactions, AP bills, and credit card transactions. Execute month-end closing and reconciliation, then reconcile, investigate, correct, and adjust accounting information. Support department peers as needed. Complete a full application on the careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 1-2 years of accrual basis accounting experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 1-2 years of accrual basis accounting working experiences including accounts receivable, journal entries, month-end closing and reconciliation, and bank reconciliation
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must be able to lift up to forty (40) pounds
