Senior Accountant – Zoho Books (KSA Experience Required)

Job Summary
Manage the full accounting cycle including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations while preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing and handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow statements. Prepare and file VAT returns with ZATCA compliance, manage WHT filings, and coordinate with external auditors for Saudi tax regulations. Implement and manage Zoho Books, optimize chart of accounts, and automate workflows. Process payroll and bank transfers, including end-of-service calculations, while supporting compliance with GOSI, Qiwa, and Muqeem. Currently based in Egypt and willing to relocate to Dubai for this full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on expertise in Zoho Books (mandatory)
- Proven experience working with Saudi Arabian companies
- Deep knowledge of Saudi tax regulations (ZATCA, VAT, WHT, etc.)
- Currently based in Egypt and open to relocating to Dubai
- Prior experience handling full accounting cycles for KSA-based entities
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 8–12 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT, WHT, and tax regulations
- Zoho Books experience is mandatory
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent English communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master's or CMA/IFRS certification is a plus
- Experience in contracting, trading, retail, or event-based businesses
- Exposure to UAE accounting standards (advantage)
- Experience handling multi-entity accounting
- Support in compliance related to GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, etc. (preferred)
