Job Summary
Manage month-end close activities, maintain accurate financial records, and prepare internal and external reports to support business decision-making. Oversee monthly lease accounting, reconcile general ledgers and subledgers, and process journal entries within the local ERP system. Lead the preparation of property tax documentation, annual sustainability reports, and financial statements while coordinating with external auditors. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with departments to address operational inquiries and special projects.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field required
- Minimum of 6 years of accounting/finance experience in a business environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with audit processes preferred
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Knowledge of international accounting standards and reporting practices is a plus
- Fluency in German is a plus
