Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant will partner with the Head of Finance to oversee the organization’s global accounting operations, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, managing global payroll across multiple regions, and overseeing client invoicing. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, implement scalable invoicing and revenue recognition processes, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, and provide financial insights to support executive decisions. Responsibilities include managing payroll platforms (Bitwage, Wise, Deel, Payoneer), maintaining internal controls, collaborating with HR/Operations/Sales, and optimizing financial systems and workflows for efficiency and accuracy. Prior experience in SaaS, healthcare, or technology-driven organizations and strong knowledge of accounting systems (QuickBooks or similar) are valued, along with CPA credentials and 7+ years of progressive accounting experience; bachelor's degree requirements apply with MBA preferred.
