Job Summary
Senior Accountant responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual GL journal bookings, month-end close reviews, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. role includes ensuring compliance with US GAAP and HGB, supporting audits and tax/vat returns, and providing ad hoc financial analysis. Collaboration with various teams to resolve discrepancies and deliver accurate month-end information for key stakeholders. Requires SAP experience, strong Excel skills, and German CA (or equivalent), with English and French language proficiency. Located in Mannheim with a HYBRID work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 5 - 10 years in accounting
- Graduate in Accounting
- German CA (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, Excel in particular
- Good written and spoken English, French
- Experience with SAP
