Job Summary
Conduct month-end closes within 2½ business days and manage external audit or year-end preparation. Apply sound judgment to evaluate process risks and drive profitability through root cause analysis and sustainable process improvements. Participate actively in discussions regarding best practices, efficiency, and collaboration across the consolidated financial reporting structure. Leverage strong ERP skills in Deltek Vantagepoint and advanced Excel to enhance profitability while maintaining professional independence and fiduciary responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- at least five years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA-eligible program
- Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle
- reconciliations

- Experience working daily within a sophisticated ERP environment
- Deltek Vantagepoint
- Working knowledge of consolidation theory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
