Job Summary
Manage the full accounting cycle including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payment processing. Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings in accordance with Italian accounting standards. Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and digitalization of accounting processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365, transforming reactive solutions into structured, scalable workflows. Collaborate closely with the Group Finance team in Vienna and colleagues across international subsidiaries, while supporting tax audits and participating in group-wide finance projects. Join the team in Pisa for a permanent, full-time position with a gross annual salary of €28,000–€32,000.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or commercial qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable field (e.g. _Laurea in Economia_, _Ragioneria_ _e_ _Amministrazione_)
- Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally within an international company or group structure
- Strong knowledge of Italian accounting principles and relevant tax regulations
- Fluent English is essential for daily communication with our headquarters in Vienna
- A structured, process-oriented, and hands-on approach to work
- Strong analytical skills, initiative, and the confidence to improve existing processes
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
