Job Summary
Prepare adjusting and accrual journal entries in compliance with GAAP, analyze financial transactions, and perform monthly account reconciliations. Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and amortization processes while recording daily cash transactions and calculating revenue and fee income. Support month-end close activities, prepare financial statements and supporting schedules, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. Maintain the integrity and accuracy of accounting records using advanced Excel skills and ERP systems. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of General Accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accounting processes, and internal controls
- Experience with account reconciliations and financial reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage large volumes of financial data accurately
- Self-motivated and adaptable in dynamic environments
- Monday to Friday schedule
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM schedule
- Weekends Off
