Senior Accountant

Manage complex accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. Support month-end close activities by reviewing revenues, expenses, and balance sheet accounts, then book necessary adjusting journal entries. Review and approve invoices for appropriate GL coding, authorization, and payment, while calculating and recording clinic-level bonuses. Prepare and record expense allocation journal entries, and assist in preparing financial statements for specific partnerships within a region. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for key accounts including accounts receivable, prepaids, and intercompany accounts. Generate financial, operational, and metric trends for review, respond to partner inquiries, and prepare audit schedules as needed. Support M&A activity in the region by integrating clinics and partnerships into USPH. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3-5 years of corporate accounting experience, proficiency in Excel and Great Plains, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
