Job Summary
Report financial information to management for review and decision making, working with Principles to manage financial goals and deadlines for month-end processes. Perform full balance sheet reconciliation, consolidate multi-company financial statements with variance analysis, and support annual audits. Lead staff and junior accountants to ensure deadlines are met while interpreting data to influence projects. This role requires 4+ years of accounting experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. The position is full-time in a typical office environment. Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field
- General ledger accounting software experience (Excel, Sage, QuickBooks, Soft Ledger, Travers, etc.)
- Experience in reconciliation controls, managing aged items, and escalating issues
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, such as Microsoft Excel
- Experience in insurance accounts receivables
