Job Summary
Senior Accountant needed at Broken Top Club in Bend, OR to support monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, and GAAP–driven accounting across the Club and Community HOA. Responsibilities include analyzing recurring journal entries, preparing financial statements and schedules with variance analysis, ensuring adherence to accounting standards, recommending process improvements, communicating with internal/external stakeholders, supporting the Controller function on various projects, and helping onboard new employees. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or business with accounting emphasis), 3-5 years’ accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, excellent communication, teamwork, and advanced Excel skills.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business with emphasis in accounting
- 3-5 years’ accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Collaborative with other teams
- Strong organization and decision-making abilities
- Microsoft Office experience with emphasis on Excel
