Senior Accountant

Job Summary
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis. Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, investigate account variances, and assist with consolidated financial statements, intercompany eliminations, and foreign currency adjustments. Analyze financial results for management reporting, maintain internal controls, and research technical accounting matters under GAAP. Collaborate with tax, operations, and finance teams while supporting external audits and identifying process improvements. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 5+ years of progressive experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- CPA designation
- Experience with consolidated financial reporting
- Public accounting, audit, or internal audit experience
- Experience within distribution, manufacturing, industrial, or related industries
- Knowledge of Power BI and ERP systems
- Experience with multi-entity or multi-location organizations
