Senior Accountant

Manage the P&L of two ultra-deepwater drillships operating in the Gulf of Mexico, including revenue preparation, cost tracking, and variance analysis. Lead quarterly forecasting and financial planning processes while serving as a business partner to Operations to translate operational performance into financial insights. Prepare monthly budget variance analysis reports, compile contracts summaries, and handle fiscal compliance for indirect taxes. Mentor junior analysts, support onboarding, and coordinate with customers and operations to ensure contract terms for payment and collections are adhered to. This role offers flexible work schedules including half-Fridays off within a pioneering offshore drilling team.
