Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)
- Experience with major ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- CPA or CPA-track preferred
- Experience with compensation or bonus program calculations strongly preferred
- Proven experience working with financial data sets and analytical tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills
