Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting & Equity to manage stock-based compensation accounting (SBC) and ESPP, prepare SBC/ESPP disclosures for Forms 10-K/10-Q, manage equity-related reporting, interface with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, assist with SOX compliance, prepare equity disclosures for proxy statements, and support IFRS and SEC reporting tasks as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of public company financial statement preparation
- Technical knowledge of accounting procedures, public company financial statement preparation, SEC Regulations, US GAAP
- Stock-based compensation accounting per ASC 718 preferred
