Senior Accountant - The Practice

Manage client portfolios and deliver tailored business advisory services, including compliance, accounting, and tax return preparation for diverse taxpayer types. Provide proactive ongoing accounting advice, introduce clients to Personal Wealth Advisory, and identify value-added growth opportunities. Ensure adherence to all processes, including Xero implementation, while maintaining accurate records and documentation. Achieve individual productivity targets by managing deadlines effectively and supervising junior team members through systems training and mentorship. Work from home one day per week after probation in a collaborative Parkville environment.
