Senior Accountant

Oversee the accurate, complete, and timely management of core disbursement accounting processes and international statutory processes, including procure-to-pay, employee expenses, fixed assets, and software capitalization. Supervise an offshore team of three contractors to ensure complete processing of vendor invoices and expense reports, while serving as the primary point of contact for AP and expense inquiries via Slack and email. Own the reconciliation of disbursement-related accounts, manage the fixed asset lifecycle, and contribute to month-end and quarter-end close activities. This role requires knowledge of UK and Polish accounting principles, proficiency in Netsuite and Ramp, and two days of in-office collaboration per week in London.
