Senior Accountant will prepare journal entries for balance sheet accounts, support ASC 842 lease accounting, assist with external audits and SOX, manage period-end close with G/L reconciliations, and contribute to fixed assets, property tax, and intangible asset processes. Responsibilities include ad-hoc projects and process improvements, requiring strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with senior management in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting; CPA preferred
- At least 4+ years accounting experience; prior public accounting experience preferred
- Strong month-end close experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Solid Excel skills including VLookup, Sum/If, Match, Pivot Tables
- Experience with Great Plains preferred
