Job Summary
Manage Record to Report processes in French subsidiaries, ensuring accurate financial data and IFRS compliance. Execute month-end and year-end closes, including auxiliary ledger reconciliations and general ledger adjustments. Prepare financial statements, analyze variances, and support audit processes with minimal adjustments. Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and tax filings while tracking KPIs to drive process improvements. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure transaction accuracy and regulatory adherence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting, with a specialization in general accounting and financial reporting in an industrial environment
- Certification CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills to convey key information to senior management
- Mastery of ERP systems (relevant to your operational unit) and accounting software
- In-depth mastery of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Tagetik and Qlik Sense
- Mastery of English
