Job Summary
Senior Accountant Statutory Reporting responsible for supporting monthly, quarterly and annual statutory close activities, preparing and reviewing statutory financial statements and notices, coordinating state regulatory filings and rating agency responses, RBC forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. Role includes system administration for Workiva Wdesk and Sovos, documentation maintenance, and contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives within a hybrid Hartford, CT office environment. Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and work across departments to ensure timely, accurate statutory reporting and regulatory compliance.
