Job Summary
Conduct vendor statement reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and verify supporting documents for accounting vouchers. Process employee expense claims, perform freight charge audits, and manage vendor master data including code creation. Execute online banking transactions while maintaining compliance with internal controls and assist in month-end closing activities. Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders on accounting matters and support regional APAC operations. Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of solid accounting experience
- at least 3 years of proven team leadership experience of leading the team
- preferably in a multinational or regional environment
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP
- Proven experience managing accounting functions for entities across China, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan and Malaysia
- Excellent attention to detail

Desired Qualifications
