Job Summary
Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations, while managing month-end and year-end closing processes. Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions, implement internal controls, and liaise with external auditors for tax compliance. Provide mentorship to junior staff and assist in budgeting and strategic financial planning. Requires a Bachelors degree in Accounting, 5-7 years of experience, and proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks. Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
