Senior Accountant - Shared Services

Senior Accountant for Shared Services in the Finance team supporting Canadian and U.S. entities. Responsible for general accounting (AR/AP, invoicing, cash flow), month-end close, financial reporting, payroll processing, budgeting and forecasting, audits and tax compliance, internal controls, and process improvements. Partners with People & Culture on payroll updates, mentors junior staff, and contributes to consolidated financial statements and cross-entity analysis. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred), 5+ years of accounting and audit experience, knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations, ERP proficiency (Epicor, Sage 50), and advanced Excel skills.
