Job Summary
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and reports for the accounting department. Reconcile and analyze ledger accounts while managing all aspects of agent compensation, yearend reporting, and 1099s. Perform accounting and related reporting for investment portfolios and facilitate cross-departmental communication to resolve challenges. Act as a supervisor for accounting employees when requested and participate in the development of accounting systems. Stay current on industry developments impacting the organization. Assist management in preparing tax returns and various accounting reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university Majoring in Accounting or related field
- 3 years minimum of relatable experience

- Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills
- Excellent interpretation of complex statistical data
- Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion
