Job Summary
Prepare and file 10-Q, 10-K, and other SEC filings while researching and implementing new accounting standards under ASC and GAAP. Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to support the quarterly earnings release process, and maintain documentation for internal controls and SOX compliance. Ensure external financial statements meet all regulatory requirements for a high-performing finance team. A CPA is strongly preferred, with five years of relevant experience including Big 4 public accounting. This hybrid role in Atlanta offers a salary of $100-110k plus excellent benefits and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Strong Excel and financial systems proficiency
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
