Job Summary
Senior Accountant responsible for SEC reporting and technical accounting, overseeing quarterly/annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, proxy statements), XBRL tagging in Workiva, and supporting consolidated financial statements. Interacts with internal/external auditors, maintains reporting calendars, and stays current on US GAAP. Requires CPA and a bachelor’s degree, with 2+ years in public accounting or equivalent SEC reporting experience; familiarity with Workiva/Netsuite is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree plus CPA certification required
- 2+ years in public accounting preferred (Public Company experience is a plus) or combo in-house SEC reporting experience
- Experience with Workiva and/or Netsuite is a plus
- Understand financial statements under US GAAP
