Job Summary
Senior Accountant responsible for supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and system optimization within RVNAhealth's nonprofit healthcare organization. Key duties include journal entries, month-end close, budgeting, variance analyses, development of dashboards, and ongoing Sage Intacct implementation. Collaborates with CFO and managers to ensure compliant financial statements and efficient processes. Requires Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 3-5 years' experience; CPA/CMA/MBA credentials are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
