Senior Accountant, Revenue & Partner Operations

Own Deal desk workflows by processing and tracking order forms, coordinating with sales reps on deal paperwork, and ensuring clean handoff into billing and revenue systems. Serve as the finance point of contact for sales reps on order form questions, deal structuring implications, and deal desk turnaround. Review revenue contracts, order forms, and partner agreements for accurate accounting treatment and billing terms prior to booking. Calculate and validate partner/channel commissions each period, ensuring alignment with signed agreements and deal terms. Support monthly revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, including review of customer contracts and revenue-impacting terms. Manage the end-to-end customer invoicing cycle generation, accuracy review, and timely delivery. Perform monthly account and sub-ledger reconciliations (revenue, AR, commissions, deferred revenue) and resolve discrepancies. Prepare schedules and documentation, and respond to auditor requests related to revenue, commissions, and contracts for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
