Senior Accountant

Drive month-end close procedures by preparing and reviewing journal entries, coordinating close activities, and ensuring transactions are properly recorded in NetSuite in accordance with GAAP. Maintain revenue recognition schedules across multiple product lines, reconcile billing system data to NetSuite, and support documentation of revenue policies under ASC 606. Coordinate sales tax filings with third-party providers, review reports for accuracy, and assist with audit support and regulatory filings. Prepare audit-ready schedules, manage PBC requests, and draft accounting memos for significant positions. Develop and formalize accounting policies, standard operating procedures, and close documentation to strengthen internal controls. Establish a centralized repository for vendor contracts and key accounting documents, ensuring they are organized and aligned with records. Identify process improvement opportunities and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and FP&A to resolve accounting questions. This role is onsite in Estero, FL, requiring 3–7 years of progressive accounting experience and GAAP proficiency.
