Job Summary
Review and approve fund availability for advisors' services, then collaborate with account managers to resolve issues and maximize revenue while addressing leakages. Run Sales Force Database reports to capture financial elements into the Contra Revenue System and lead country call meetings to adjust accruals based on deal performance. Ensure timely financial close execution, including journal entry creation and review, while preparing GL reconciliations for waivers, rebates, and advisors alongside variance analysis. Generate analytics and metric reports to assist in quarterly reporting for the corporate team and support project-specific work on rebate and incentive rejections.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Chartered accountant
- CPA
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Knowledge of current accounting concepts
- Strong foundation and experience in accounting
- Ability to produce accurate and reliable outputs/results
- Strong bias on controls and ensuring that processes and procedures are followed
- Results orientated with an ability to work under pressure and have a structured approach to deliverables
- Focused on achieving key outputs, with a sense of urgency and in a professional manner
- Able to adjust to improve/automate processes and systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with account managers and fellow colleagues at various management levels
- Proactively builds relationships with business partners
- Experience performing basic issue resolution
- Exposure to the resolution of complex issues
- Prior experience in supporting business process transitions and process improvements projects
- Capable of working within a changing environment with excellent analytical, planning and organization skills
- Progressive accounting experience preferably in a large, global environment
- Advance MS Excel
- Experience with financial/ERP systems
- Direct experience with Oracle
- Ability to produce accurate and reliable outputs/results
- Strong bias on controls and ensuring that processes and procedures are followed

Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance (Chartered accountant / CPA Preferred)
- Advance MS Excel and financial/ERP systems, preferably direct experience with Oracle
