Job Summary
Senior Accountant responsible for preparing internal reports (balance sheets, P&Ls, ad-hoc reports) and external financial statements for regulatory bodies; analyze financial fluctuations, post complex journal entries, assist external auditors with year-end audits, and identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance financial reporting accuracy, leveraging US GAAP and IFRS.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in financial reporting or accounting (financial services or public accounting a plus)
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
