Job Summary
Senior Accountant responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records for a manufacturing plant. Handles cash management, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, monthly financial data analysis, budgets, and variance reports. Supports annual audit and tax processes, manages fixed asset records and depreciation calculations, and collaborates with the Controller to interpret and communicate financial results. Maintains strong internal controls and a safe, organized work environment. Requires Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 3+ years of manufacturing accounting experience; CPA preferred. Proficiency in GAAP, cost accounting principles, CMS accounting software, Excel, and Word; payroll experience; strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
