Job Summary
Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes under US GAAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reviews in partnership with business stakeholders. Prepare payments and payment reconciliations while managing contract management and deliverables. Support financial reporting, external audits, and internal controls. Maintain general ledger integrity and drive process improvements across ERP and automation tooling. Collaborate on strategic projects spanning new monetization models, international expansion, product launches, and M&A support. Requires an active CPA license and 2–6 years of progressive accounting experience at technology or high-growth internet companies.
Required Qualifications
- Active CPA license
- 2–6 years of progressive accounting experience at technology or high-growth internet companies
- Experience spanning both early-stage startups and public companies
- Strong breadth of GAAP expertise
- Ability to communicate accounting concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Comfort with and curiosity about modern finance systems — crypto, Ramp, Brex, ERP, and automation tooling
- Excel fluency
- Meticulous

- Proactive, process-oriented mindset
