Job Summary
Prepare routine and non-routine journal entries for Corporate and U.S. subsidiaries, including expense accruals, payroll, leases, and revenue recognition under ASC 606. Perform timely monthly balance sheet reconciliations in FloQast, conduct analytical reviews of financial statement fluctuations, and manage the fixed asset system for additions, disposals, and depreciation. Create amortization schedules for prepaid expenses, review purchase requisitions and expense reports for GL coding accuracy, and assist with internal and external audit requests. Contribute to process documentation, ensure GAAP and SOX compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Tax, and Operations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of corporate accounting experience, and proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or related field
- Knowledgeable of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and best practices
- 3-5 years of progressive corporate accounting experience
- Experience with accounting systems and knowledge of the month-end close process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced in Excel
- Possess excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Work independently and demonstrate strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to adapt quickly and effectively to process changes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite and FloQast
- Experience with Coupa or other Procure-to-Pay software
- Active CPA license
- Experience working with a publicly traded company
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools to support accounting and reporting processes
