Job Summary
Senior Accountant will own inventory sub-ledger and cost accounting, including reconciliation between NetSuite and 3PL providers, cost allocations, and COGS analysis; manage general ledger accounts, journal entries, accruals, and monthly/year-end close; produce gross margin analytics by SKU/product line/channel and deliver timely financial statements with variance analysis. Collaboration with the Controller and finance team to streamline processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with emphasis on inventory reconciliations, cost accounting, audit support, and cross-functional partnering. Experience in consumer packaged goods, beauty, or retail sectors is highly valued; strong NetSuite and Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH) and ability to work independently in a remote-friendly finance team are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience; CPA preferred.
