Senior Accountant, Paid Revenue

Job Summary
Own the detailed coordination of accounting for all components of the Paid Revenue segment, including Premium, Partner, and Other Paid Revenues. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and SOX control requirements. Execute month-end close procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and fluctuation analyses. Identify operational efficiency opportunities and lead strategic efficiency work end to end, drafting proposals and coordinating with Engineering and business stakeholders. Support new business initiatives from a financial accounting perspective and coordinate with onshore and offshore team members to achieve key operational metrics. This role is based in New York City with flexibility to work 2–3 days per week in the office.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA or CA licence
- Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sharp attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and time zones
- This role is based in New York City
- 2–3 days per week in the office
